What happened to your hair?

Will got the inaugural cut this morning and was a very good boy! I miss his lovely locks, but it was getting out of hand. The kid looks like a linebacker but kept getting told how cute SHE is. Nice. Below are the before and during pictures. Sorry about the red eye--editing takes too long!
